ICQ PP is a young bull, from the German Simmental/Fleckvieh population of dual purpose: meat and milk. The bull is selected on the basis of genomic selection, where he with great statistical certainty show very high indexes on all parameters. He is expected to breed large-framed animals with excellent length, width and height. In addition, he shows very good figures for muscling and growth. Furthermore, he brings lots of milk and super udder quality at the daughters, with high set udders and small teats that are easy for the calf to get hold of. Easy calvings are expected (our first 3: 41, 37 and 36 kilo). The bull is not related to animals in the Danish population and he is therefore an obvious choice for blood renewal in the breed on Danish soil. ICQ PP will be used for carefully selected heifers and cows in the herd.
