GS Macondo is medium-sized, early developed and very well muscled. Due to his good calving ability, he is ideal for inseminating heifers.
The high reliability of the breeding values is due to the many insemination bulls from the BIO breeding farm Karl Sommer, Austria, who also bred Macondo.
A little exciting for us is that his maternal grandsire (Sneumgaard Danilo Viktor P) is a bull we sold to Karl Sommer about 15 years ago. This bull is also the paternal grandfather of the well-known Austrian insemination bull GS Vitus PP. We’ve only got two calves to date – easy-born bull calves.. So we’ll wait with further descriptions!
